Why do I need to enter the Card Security Code?
Credit card companies require these numbers to secure authorization of "card not present" transactions. These 3 or 4 digit numbers are printed on the front of the card or the back signature strip.

Is there ever a handling fee charge?

How do I know my order was properly submitted and received?
After your order has been confirmed and credit card authorized, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include your nailaidworks.com order number. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order at anytime, please email us at orders@nailaidworks.com. On all emails, please always provide your name and order number; this information is required for us to properly respond to any order inquiry.

Can I change my order, once it is submitted?
We're sorry, orders cannot be changed once they've been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this allows us to keep prices down, offer FREE shipping and process orders rapidly.

My order status shows CREDIT CARD DECLINED. What do I do now?
Credit card companies decline authorization for various reasons. Most frequently the Card Number, Expiration Date or Card Security Code were keyed incorrectly. If you believe this may be the reason, re-enter the same card again (in case of keying error) or try a new credit card and resubmit.

When will my order be shipped?
Our orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after placing the order online.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via First-Class mail by the United States Postal Service.

Do I have to be home to get my order?
No. Your Nail-Aid purchase will be delivered with your regular mail. We never charge customers for shipments that have been delivered. However, if USPS returns product for it is unable to deliver an order because of an incorrectly submitted address, the amount of actual USPS shipping charges for such returned product will be applied on any such undelivered orders.

Can I return my order?
NAIL-AID guarantees your complete satisfaction with everything we make. If you are not 100% pleased with your nailaidworks.com online purchase, NAIL-AID will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase for an immediate refund—no questions asked.

Only product purchased online at nailaidworks.com can be accepted as returns, not product purchased from retail stores. Additionally, products purchased online through nailaidworks.com may not be returned to retail locations. Nailaidworks.com does not pay for shipping on returns, unless we processed your order incorrectly and shipped the wrong product. Refund credits may take up to 14 business days from when we receive your return to appear as a credit on your credit card account.

To return merchandise that has been purchased online at nailaidworks.com, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Please place the Nail-Aid treatment bottle in a suitable shipping package. Be sure to use plenty of wrap to pack the bottle and to avoid breakage.
  2. Make a copy of the online invoice or email confirmation and include it with the returned bottle. This proof of online purchase information is required for all returns. NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED WITHOUT PROOF
    OF ONLINE PURCHASE.

Nailaidworks.com strongly recommends that you track your return package to confirm that we have received it and the package has not been lost in shipment. Please record all tracking information for your records. NAIL-AID IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNED PACKAGE LOST IN THE MAIL. A confirmation insures you that your package has been received by us to permit us to apply a refund credit to your credit card account. The United States Postal Service offers a Delivery Confirmation service for a small additional fee. Just take your package to a US Post Office service window and a representative can add this option for you. If you choose to select another carrier to ship your return, we suggest you use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides tracking information that requires a signature.
